Overall Reviews at L Brands
5.0
I loved the people I worked with!
Everyone was competent. Management cared about professional growth and development. Hours were typically 9-5:30, but it fluctuated depending on the role. Each role had different busy seasons, requiring extra hours to complete greater workloads. During the slow seasons, I had the capacity to learn, grow and develop instead of grind on menial tasks.

Supervisor depended on other peers for input. They are interested in the Customer and their satisfaction at all costs even if the customer is being dishonest.

I really enjoyed working there
I loved the atmosphere and the vibe. I had great directors to support. If I were still living in that area I would definitely consider applying if an opening were available.

Best place to work
I started off in ccs sales which was very busy and had many incentives to sale and it was very nice having lots of overtime. This job is vey flexible when it comes to hours once you are hired on, everyone starts as a seasonal employee. This process was stressful as they scale down significantly after holiday. Once offered employment you get full benefits after 30 days. I was given a yearly pay increase based on performance. I was able to promote from with in after a year. Having a college degree will definitely help when wanting to climb the corporate ladder, there are lots of opportunities for advancement if you do have the experience or qualifications. I was very happy with the surprise cost of living increases they would give randomly. I worked here for three years and loved it.
Prosflexible scheduling, overtime availible, part time availible, open 24 hours.
Consshort breaks, attendence guidlines are very strict.

N/a
Good overall company, good people, work was boring and the worry of the clothing industry was taxing. Clothing businesses were closing down or getting sold off constantly, so it was high risk in my opinion.

Fun ride
Had a good time working at the company but at my location room for growth was a bit complicated. That is why I departed. I'd say it's a great stepping stone into bigger and better things.
