transaction reviewer & back operation executive
a typical day here out would start with reviewing the credit transactions slot that were generated via system followed which we use to telecall customers as applicable case to case, preparing cases
Further was also use to follow up with respective field team thru emails or calls over the cases sent for investigation .
Reverting to emails.Preparing monthly & weekly reports.
This whole work experience made me learn how to be prioritizing my assigned jobs. Even made me more interactive personal than what i am as the work involved lot of coordination with internal & external teams.
explored me with self management stuffs - as was employed for single handed tasks & followups,transaction monitoring

hardest part in job much of followups
Here besides all working schedule & environment the enjoyable part of the job was to see all fraudulent cases getting resolved by the investigating teams & more importantly you being a part of case resolving team.
This whole event of being there was a learning experience in terms of personal & professional front.

Too much unorganised management in trade finance dept
I worked as M4 team leader role they kind of policies and rule I had to pass on to my team members were never heard by me in last 10 years rules like if in a team if more than10% absentee is there on any given day the last person to inform about his leave shall be on leave without pay.the bosses never should apathy towards personal issues. Stupid bosses at bakhatwar tower trade processing unit.

Conslacks professionalism, Adhoc processes, Too much focus on insurance sector makes employees feel insecure.

The job was too much stress full, I was not sure how long I will do this job.
I have won 4 best performance certificate in last 6month, however Boss always cry, always.... Every day threatened to terminate from job, whenever it was urgency but never leaves
ConsIt was delavery time of my wife, I request 3boss to leaves, they said you have to mail us for early re-leaving, then you can go.. what a shameful moment..

Most i like the work culture
