Great workers, Bad management
The workers are amazing, everyone works super hard. Management is unappreciative and very disorganized. No communication among any one in management. Workers are not compensated fairly for the work they put in.

It was a fast pace work environment. The people I worked with were very helpful on giving me the hands on training I needed In order to be proficient in my position.

Hard to work with
They treat people as a number, not employee's. Management isn't doing there job and always pass the buck to the lowest level so they wouldn't look bad.

Good Company. Plant barely opened when I started but It was going up
Great company. Very ethnicity variation so it's alway good to meet people from different cultures. They made you felt you belong at day 1.Great place.

Good environment
Had many different positions at Kerry which all were great experiences. The most enjoyable part of this job was the variety of people I met and became friends with.

If you work you will not advance.
The management here is only worried about the people that they consider friends or boot lickers. If you work hard and do a lot of things the only thing it will get you is more hours with no chance of advancement. Management is more worried about how you park in the parking lot then how the job is done or how the plant does. Especially since the management is rotated out every year due to lack of production or progress. If you are looking for a company that will help you grow and advance this is the wrong company to look at. Unless you are friends or family to someone in management.

Shipping and Receiving
I receive and ship products daily, I've a lot on mapics and hoe to react to certain problems. Management hear is Ok but have a lot of faults as well. the hardest part of working hear is knowing advancement will not happen.

Ladder climbing management
Was a great place to work five or six years ago. Was truly a team atmosphere. Not anymore. All new management came in and turned everyone against each other. All fixes are superficial. Managers are ladder climbers who only care about making themselves look good. No real advancement training or feedback. New management came in and replaced workers with years of experience with kids straight out of college with zero real world experience. Managers are alienating and departments constantly use each other as an excuse for their own failures.
ProsManagers have no idea what's going on so you can do whatever you want.
ConsLess than 3% raises a year. No training plan. Back stabbing. Only the complainers get noticed.

Home office would be the only suitable place, Naas HQ would be a pretty stressful environment, that I would not suggest to anyone except the ones who are in love with open space offices and 700+ employees in one place...

Kerry foods
Kerry foods was an awesome company and I worked there for like almost 2 years. They never missed pay and mangement was well behaved. Salary was nice and working environment according to health and safety was so good. We feel safe to work there. Thanks

It is a very good experience working with Kerry as it has so many technologies at the same R&D centre which provide us access to multiple technologies
