Typical day at work would be busy everyday. I learned that to work good you have to keep your area clean the warehouse in good conditions. Most of the time your on your own everyone have there own responsibilities but overall are good co-workers.The hardest part of this job would be working inside of the freezer it's a small area to work and drive with the forklift. The most enjoyable part would be driving the forklift and always been busy because the day goes by fast.

A fun and educational workplace though physically demanding
Everyday life in a fastfood giant like Jollibee can be physically demanding. You need to balance both administrative work and floor control. But because of the nature of the business, I learned a lot from it - from personal management to people management.
The store is can be the happiest place especially when everything is in place like the manpower, material, machines and methods. The challenge always happen when there is machine breakdown, crew absenteeism and tardiness, running out of materials, internet failures and customer complains. Apart from store operations, employee benefits also posed a challenge when they started to implement the reduction of vacation and sick leaves. Some of us find it hard to recover from sickness and exhaustion when you have limited leaves. That left us no choice but to work even when your not yet fit.
Despite the jobs letdowns, I still count myself lucky to have gained friends among the company managers and store crews whom I can call my second family.

When I was working as service crew on jollibee I was so happy and felt like my home, because not just my fellow workers but also the managers are very nice and approachable.
