Overall Reviews at JLL
3.0
Unstable job security, hard to get promoted unless you’re buddy/buddy with the manager
Managers don’t listen to you, you have to do a performance report on yourself every 3 months to justify why you should continue to work for the company, and they have no loyalty to long tenured employees
ProsWork/life balance
ConsNever know from one day to the next if you’ll have a job or not

JLL is a leader in Corporate Client Satisfaction
My career at JLL was very rewarding for they allowed you to achieve your ambitions and grow within the company. They provided training and fully supported a mentor-ship from Senior Management to grown and develop Junior Managers to support JLL's core values.

Competitive workplace
Learned a lot - great experience! They helped me complete my MBA, allowed me to work full time and helped support the financial cost of an additional degree.

Unstable workplace, bad management
I worked for 10 years in this company and have to move from one place to the other with no work stability and lack of communication. For this company as you gain seniority and suppose to be a more important asset, it’s the opposite you become a liability and they will give more opportunities to the ones that have less experience and can cost less in salaries and benefits.
ProsAcceptable salaries and compensation
ConsBad management specially at PR office

I loved my job and most of the people I worked with.
I came in listen to messages, printed out work orders for Maintenance Technicians. Checked computer for any emergancy work orders. Talk to Boss about anything he is needing or wanting done, then go through purchace orders to be paid. Dispatched Technicians with any new work orders.
I worked at my owen pace, I new what needed to be done and made sure it was finished on time. Sometimes I took work home with me, that wasn't a problem. My supervisor believed in me and gave me support when needed. We had Site pitch in's once a month to keep us happy.
We had 4 sites to take care of, a little crazy at times.
Prosi was basicaly my own boss, my supervisor trusted me that much.
Consif one site failed, we all failed. i was laidoff

I Prefer to Remain Silent
Considering the fact that I still work for the company, I would rather not give a review at this time. Perhaps I'll go into details once I have moved on to bigger and better opportunities.

Amazing well educated team of highly skilled professionals.
This is an amazing company to work for. since day one I have been tested and challenged to help me grow, not only as a tech, but as a leader. The skills that I've learned along the way are invaluable. The hiring, and onboarding processes, are taxing. But that's a good thing, you need to know your stuff to work for this company for your own safety, and others. If you don't have the drive to succeed, you wont even make it through he initial training process. There's a lot of checks and balances. It feels good knowing that every man and woman that I work next to went through the same grueling process that I did. This is a great career with unlimited possibility.
ProsGreat compensation, benefits and perks
ConsHigh pace, high stress, forever changing policy

Not as ethical as they claim to be.
Averaged 60+ hours a week. No clear direction and leadership does not listen. They over promised the client and the associates suffer with long hours and lack of appreciation. Leadership is also not fully transparent with the client. This along with the hours led to my leaving. I had a wonderful team.

Great place to work!
I really enjoyed working here. The employees and managers were very welcoming and willing to help me advance in my career. They were also very flexible when it came to working remotely.

Poor Singapore JLL Country management
I was part of a global account, after closing the account I was basically jobless due to my high salary ( I done well in 3 years my salary went up by 30%).
Local management in Singapore be it HR or country top management basically ghosted me .
JLL local HR and regional TE basically they rather hire new foreigners than me
ProsThe customer is better than your employer
ConsYou are nobody to JLL

good training, thats as far as it goes
At JLL i was hired as a receptionist. Little did i know i was a Receptionist/Administratior/Accounts Payable/concierge/PA. This is why i say you get good training. They under pay Award rates here and their was no progression offered for me as i was not based in a head office. this is a place where you learn and leave as fast as you learn. Management and HR are horrible. Also very negative team enviroment. Unfortunatley not very tech savy managers.
ProsOn Board Training
ConsHigh Staff Turnover, No pay for overtime, Dont offer award rate wage, 6 week resignation period, Management issues
