Management
I was hired by a manager that was amazing then he got replaced by the worst manager I've ever worked for. Within the first week of his takeover I came into work and he had destroyed the office and customer counter. Not to mention he wrecked a customer's car and wanted to hide it. So I quit.

Productive
Was a good job for a small duration of the time there. Had a lot of trouble with employee staffing as well management consistency. Very good hours for bi-weekly pay.

Fun to work with co workers terrible management and terrible pay
Some of the coworkers are fun to work with but management has no clue as to what’s going on, the pay is extremely below any other place of work and the building is getting ready to collapse

Great start to the automotive field
I would highly recommend this job to anyone who's looking for a low experience job teenages and young adults can develop real skills applicable to life if you're looking for a first job or just looking to get out of the call center/food prep field go apply at jiffy lube really fun environment however I would consider this a high intensity job

Great company
Great company to work for. I had a good work/life balance and the pay was fair. High paced role with lots of multi-tasking/troubleshooting to be done. Overall a good position and great company to work for with opportunities for advancememnt.

I have been working at jiffy Lube for just about 2 years and i love it
I love working at jiffy at jiffy lube for a few reasons 1 the job is super easy. 2 the guess that come to the shop is every nice and friendly. And the people I work with is like family....

When I worked at jiffy Lube, it was a fast paced enviroment , but coworkers worked closely together and team work was the key. my manager was professional , but also understood personal issues if there was any.

disapointing
1 inspection violation ( because I inspected a coworkers car) I was let go
where do they do that ….I was working with inspectors that had 3 violations and was still working up to there 3rd violation

The kind of work place that demands perfection
I had the opportunity to work at the district store so it came with ease to make sure the core company values were being upheld daily. While many came and went monthly, I found it very comfortable working with employees that came through our location.

I had lots of fun working for these people. They are good peoples. Calm and content. Always nice to costumers.
Very good Christmas party. Manager was always around to chat and see things we’re working.
