The flight benefits are great!
Working as a Airport Operations Crewmember at the ticket counter or at the gate can be very stressful at times dealing with passengers who are non cooperative. Working on the ramp is physically demanding but a lot less stressful.

Fun environment
Fun job just know the airline industry in and of itself isn't an easy field. Flight schedules are set but can change at a moment's notice. Jetblue is an amazing company to work for in this field!

If you like to travel, and interact with people this is the place
I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with customers. I like working with airliners . Down time between flights can be filled about anyway you want. Rest, walk the airport for exercise etc. Local management was great. Unfortunatly our positions were outsourced due to the downturn in traffic during the pandemic. I can truly say I miss my job!

Overall awesome company to work for
The pros to working at JetBlue majorly outweigh the cons. JetBlue has great benefits and flexibility with other crewmembers. Leadership is always trying to make the workplace a fun environment to be in.
