love yourself
And never apply here. The people/company will break you. There isn't any sick time or unpaid time off. If you need time off then you have to use your PTO days and if you don't have any but have a medical emergency then you either pick between the medical emergency or your job. You either pick Jet over everything in your life or people treat you unfairly while at work.

Great place to work.
Jet is a fun place to work where you can be yourself, and grow with the company. I have learned so much more than I ever expected, and Jet is willing to help me learn what I want to learn.

Bad place
This place don’t care about employees. You are working your butt off and there still asking you constantly what are you doing . To many Chiefs trying to be managers . They have no respect at all . Every 5 minutes you have a manager giving orders when one want you to do one thing then other said no do it my way . It’s bs . Pay suck for that work you do . Some managers harassed you constantly..

Best place to work
Compared to any other job I have ever had, Jet.com was by far my favorite. They are the most incredible company. Their employees are well taken care of and the culture there really does make you feel like you're a part of a big amazing family. If I could choose any where to work, it would be jet. I was terminated due to fault of my own, have learned from my mistake, and if I get another opportunity to work there again I would take it in a heart beat. This company is AMAZING.
ProsIncredible environment, employess are well taken care of, consistent raises, and plenty of oppertunity for growth
ConsI have no cons.

Jet
Hours are decent and the pay is good. Very nice office and a relaxed/casual atmosphere. Worked with some really ambitious smart individuals. Would recommend.

stress
Very fast pace. Order picking, shipping, receiving. 12 hour shift walking, jogging 14 or more miles daily. Will take a toll on you physically. Management is great. The have fun activities for employees. They keep it very competitive by giving gifts to top person of the day. Needed surgery because of the physical aspect, will never be the same again. bought out by Walmart, no longer truly jet.

Contractors are not treated like assets to the company. Leads to poor morale. Experience is great and exposure to industry invaluable. Wish contractors were treated as team members.
