Fun multitasking And very childish management
Very childish and horrible management to deal with managers don’t know how to manage but flexible hours and days ! Employees or not very welcoming to people and management favors people there.

Great company
Overall would recommend to friends and would work there again. Had a few hiccups at the beginning but once I got a groove it went so well and I made so many friends. Memorizing all of the smoothies came soon after training and from there the job was at its easiest

Fun work, good co-workers and good workplace culture, bad management
Its smoothies, not hard. Just keep the fresh ingredients dated and rotated out, shovel some frozen berries into a bucket, wash blenders fast but well. Cashier is simple, smile, press a few buttons, wish them a good afternoon. Keep the floors clean. Keep the bathroom clean. Enjoy your 5 minutes of freedom during the trash run. Your coworkers will be your best friends, the management is confused and they don't know whats best for the customers just try to ignore them. I find that a company who reduces their customer service training to slogans doesn't really understand customer service. Its not hard, be nice, be helpful, understand what they want and be efficient about it.

This job was very easy , you can learn basic smoothies with in an week. Time management is acquired . Communication Is the key for this job and patients with other workers.

Fantastic learning experience, great management team, long hours
My role was to advance the company agenda through effective company communications and social responsibility planning. I worked typically 10-12 hours during the turnaround of Jamba Juice from 2009 to 2013. While my outside training was limited to working with hired consultants, I learned a tremendous amount on the job that has proven to be invaluable to the advancement of my career. I was intimately exposed to the field of investor relations and how to promote the brand. I had direct impact on the formulation of Jamba's strategy and was allowed to use my talents and skills to help the organization succeed. I think anyone seeking employment with Jamba Juice should be prepared to drive their own growth and advancement, but also recognize that this type of activity is supported wholeheartedly by the management team. What the company lacks in budget, the give in heart, passion, and soul.

Great Culture, but started laying people off.
I like the people and the culture. They have a true emphasis on work/like balance. They have created an environment where the team members are truly encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle.
I am overqualified for the position I hold here. I started in this position with the belief that I could eventually move into the level 2 position. However they decided to offshore the level 2 positions (and some other functions like accounting and HR).
So anyways, I like what I do and the people I do it with, but I no longer have faith or trust in a future here.

Fun environment
It was a fun environment where you would just make smoothies, keep the business clean. However there was no benefits because they mainly want part timers.

its fun loving environment
as this is my first company to work and my carrier started with this company. I learned so many things and I came lots and lots of circumstances which gave me lots of experience. till date, I haven't face any hardest part but the only thing is we have less staff so sometimes we have to work more than 2 -3 hours extra which is not paid. the most enjoyable part of the job is when we have more sale for the day we get to eat what we want and sometimes they 'll give a budget to get a meal.

Working with Jamba Juice is a great experience. knowing the health benefits of a fruit is very interesting and share it to the guest is more fun. at the same time you inspire a healthy life style to everyone. the company helps me grow as a person and as a employee. the company teaches me my things especially handling a store and I'm so thankful that the company trust me. working with my team is also a great experience. they are one of the best people that I've know and happy that i had a chance to work with them.
