Good people, poor management
Work life balance is horrible!! You spend way more time at work than you spend with your family! Management is great at making you feel like a number verses feeling like someone lol. There are absolutely no incentives to advance in the company, good ole boy management style. There’s almost no incentive bonuses, and the ones they do have are a joke!! Benefits started out good, but now are junk, just barely better than not having any at all! Ip is a great place to work if you wanna live there.

Good pay. Bad everything else
Poor management, employees doing twice work needed due to lack of hiring new employees. Will train/certify you to advance and move up without the pay increase. But still expect you to perform and work the same as operators on other shifts that are receiving the higher pay rate due to favoritism. After years of performing the job with zero operator errors supervisors and plant manager will treat you like it's your first day. Have zero regard for employees needs or any respect for employees. Something breaks your expected to make it work to the same performance and production needs as if it wasn't broke while waiting months and sometimes a year for it to be fixed IF it's ever fixed. Due to all this it has very very low moral for employees and causes crews to not be able to work together as a team. Will make mandatory overtime at last minute notice.

Bad Manager and bad people to work with they will fired you for everything don't know how to talk to you people be acting childish and everybody walking around mad

challenging and rewarding work place
First thing each morning all departments have their morning safety meeting. This meeting covers any concerns by the company and employees. I had the opportunity to learn instruments and work with a group of very knowledgeable technicians. This was not a hard job. the most enjoyable part of the day was just being there and doing the work.

Good monetary compensation.
I like both my positions with this company very much, but the way in which this company manged it's employees left a big gap between workers and managment. I feel that the disconnect fom that lead to alot of the problems that accure there in the office as well as the factory floor.
Both positions with this company had me working in a team enviroment, which meant comradery was a must as attention to detail palyed a big role in the final product and cusotmer satisfaction.
I enjoyed working here alot, I just wish that the managment could of been better.

Full time coworkers are awesome.
It was mutual understanding that management was only concerned about tonnage, more than team workers.And they all agreed I was underpaid.And a plant super.was always being pushy and calling people out over two way radio so everyone could hear.
ProsOvertime when needed.I got to lead a crew.
ConsLots of extreme multitasking, very busy missing lunches and breaks all the time.

Every plant is different
I used to work in a different facility and it was a great environment. I got the opertunity to advance and take a leadership role in a new plant and it was a mistake. The lead team in the second plant is back stabbing and two faced.
