Nice and clean facilities
I like the flexibility of the job, you are able to work 12 hours shift, 8 hours or even 4 hours. You can choose where you like to work and how far you are willing to drive. It’s all to your appreciation. Weekly pay.
ProsGood pay, good communication with company

Very flexible and great pay
I love that you can choose when and where you work. You can pick up shifts everyday or once a month, it’s so flexible. The pay is more than what facilities are willing to pay regular staff so that’s a plus.
ProsFlexibility, no set schedule, pay
ConsNo benefits, some facilities can be far

Get your life back!
You really get your life back! I quit my full time job just to work for them full time because as an STNA the pay & flexibility is unbeatable. Even if you work part time you’ll most likely make as much as you would make full time at a regular job. I literally tell everyone about this company.

Flexible
I love Intelycare the hours are flexable and you get decent pay. It kind of makes you wonder how much less regular staffing get paid at Nursing homes.
ProsFlexible hours, good pay
ConsSome places are too far to travel

Best job I've ever had
Same Day pay, as in five seconds after I clock out I can click daily pay and get paid. I choose when and where I work. I love it! I can pick up last minute or take a week or two off whenever I want. By far....the BEST job I've ever had! I've seen a lot of people do 7 days straight to save up, then skip a week. And IntelyCare is everywhere, so I can go visit family in another state (if I get reciprocity for that state) and then pick up shifts there.. like a working vacation. LOVE IT! I have never had this kind of work life balance. Honestly, I'm spoiled now. But the crazy part is, I actually WANT to go to work. When you know you're getting paid that day, it's a real motivation to keep picking up shifts. Essentially, you're your own boss, but you have an entire company backing you and they handle the taxes. I started this is in July after just genuinely feeling let down, underpaid and overworked during COVID last year. I was hesitant....now I wish I'd done this sooner. AND...the pay is AMAZING!
Prossame day pay, choosing when and where I work, awesome work life balance, decent pay

Questions And Answers about IntelyCare

What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at IntelyCare?
Asked Jul 14, 2017
Don't waste your time here — horrible ethics!
Answered Aug 13, 2020
Be yourself, be honest and true. If you have any questions or concerns, never hesitate to call them and speak with them. For the most part they are very friendly staff.

Are there paid holidays?
Asked Oct 20, 2017
Yes, there are 11 paid holidays if you are a full-time employee in the office and no-one is expected to work holidays other than people in the Operations Center. They are on a holiday rotation and get paid 1.5x for working a holiday. Nurses and CNA's are W-2 employees, but are all part-time employees. Only 1% even work 30 hours a week because it is all up to them if they want to work or not work. Most have other full-time jobs and they get their benefits there. This is an opportunity to get extra hours if they want to work.

No we are contractors if we work we get paid

How often do raises occur at IntelyCare?
Asked Mar 28, 2018
If you are a nurse or CNA, they choose the shifts they want to work based on the rate that is offered for the shift. It is entirely up to them to work for the pay that is offered - every shift is completely transparent and has its own rate. No nurses or CNA's are hired at an hourly rate, it is all up to them.
Answered Oct 4, 2018
IntelyCare has shifts rates that are based on the facility, shift time, and shift day. On average, the rates 25% greater than the local Nursing market rates.

What is the interview process like at IntelyCare?
Asked Jul 10, 2019
They call you randomly (no appointment scheduled) and ask if you can speak right now. Then they ask "what you want in a job?"/"can you work weekends?"/and the typical "where do you see yourself in 5 years?". In my experience, they seemed positive and scheduled a follow-up with me the next day at 3 pm —then they went silent and never sent the zoom invitation. If this is how they treat candidates I wouldn't want to work here just saying... Imagine how they'll treat you once you're a "part of the family".
