Disasatifaction with Insight Global
The interview process at Insight Global was fair and reasonable. Many of the supervisors were not well qualified to fulfill their roles. I was employed at Insight Global for about 6 months before resigning. The last supervisor I had was terrible and I chose to leave to pursue another opportunity.
ProsCongenial colleagues
ConsTerrible supervisors and Operations Managers. Strategic Executive was too cocky.

Poor Management & Communication
The Hiring Representative was hard to reach. When the position was over they told me the same day and never contacted me back or even had empathy toward my contract ending. I had no paid days off and everything seemed so work related. No hospitality at all.

Surprisingly disappointing company to work for
The best thing about the job is the other people who work there. Unfortunately, poor communication seems ingrained in the company culture. There is a lot of back and forth from the higher-ups that affect the day-to-day operation. I was one of the thousands let go from the PA DOH contact tracing project. After the DOH fired Insight Global our recruiters were supposed to assist us with securing a new role within the company. Many of us are on a second or third recruiter who is just as unresponsive as the first. There are many other temp agencies/hiring agencies out there. It would implore you to seek employment with one of them.
ProsWork from home, remote, equipment
ConsNo paid time off, unpaid lunches, rigid hours

A great company to learn & grow within!
I started out as a Contact Tracer for the state of PA. Within two weeks I was promoted to a Team Coach to help teach a new team of tracers. I then got my own team of Contact Tracers to oversee for my particular shift. After doing that until November when I was offered a new promotion as a Quality Assurance Coach! I now audit calls on this project. I love the flexibility with schedules when it comes to the unexpected life obstacles that come up for everyone from time to time. But, most importantly I love the never ending growth possibilities through Insight Global. I've gained new skillsets to help me move up in the world of Insight Global, after this contract is done. I couldn't be more grateful for this company finding me & giving me all the opportunities that it has. I highly recommended Insight Global to anyone looking to step into something new in their lives, there's jobs for everyone!

Good Contracting Company
Good people, they try very hard to get you to place somewhere that is comfortable and productive to your skill. The Company locates in a nice but busy area and parking is not so great. The staff is friendly and will try to help you get placed in a job that fits your technical skills

Was reasonable and offer fair compensation for the work done..
The company appears to treat employee fair. I would recommend working for the company. Willing to listen to any issues you may encounter in performing your job.
