Very finance driven!
Finance driven and cost driven focus when I was there and given organic growth was limited , the leadership decided to improve by inorganic growth( acquisition of another cold chain) . Limited Organic growth ! Could focus more on innovation at that time!

Good interview experience
My experience was very good and led to my being hired and progressively grow. I have grown at Ingersoll Rand as the business operating system makes it very easy to both build your team to use these tools to identify normal versus abnormal for problem solving

work life balance is advertised, but not adhered to
Although I loved my career with Ingersoll Rand Company, they were not able to accommodate my need for part-time work for the period of time I needed it. I would love to go back if a position became available.

Great company with awesome benefits
I enjoyed working at Ingersoll-Rand. The management is supportive and the benefits are great. My co-workers were awesome and long time friendships have been made.

Just awful
Safety is not a concern for a commercial refrigeration technician and they offer little to no safety equipment for you to wear when working around high voltage. Middle management has no knowledge of the industry, and they will actually fire you while you are off on a medical leave. I cannot stress enough how imperative it is that no one works here or gives them support. An absolute terrible place to work

I love working here. The people are excellent and helpful and positive. There is a lot of room to grow and individual employee career management and growth are fostered and encouraged

The culture was very laid back. You didn't learn much because everyone was set in their ways. The people were great to work with but I would not have liked been a newbie and started by career here

Excellent place to work, fast paced, great support from management, great support from leaders, excellent support from IT as well, they give you all the proper tools to work
