Company is good with long term view o broader banking solutions.Company is penetrating in market very aggressively leaving customer services aside. selling is only mantra of bank.
can gain work knowledge but with high pressure and stress
work pressure was too high. colleague cooperation was nil. working hours are more.guidance from senior was not up to the mark. grievance handling was not there.
Management was very nice and friendly working environment. I had to work hard to complete my reports,but it was challenging but i enjoyed it.I really enjoyed.
i work last one year and nine months every thing good in indusind bank .but the no salary hike is some issue in between the work but in other point this is very nice place to work every one should support at every movement.

West Bank which I have ever seen full of only sales pressure no concern about the employee need to work in all the rain Sun and info weather conditions it takes a lot of time to go to home but work will not be recognised totally Everest Bank which text customers money and make its profit inductance in returns customer will cause the employee only
