LOT OF LIMITATIONS
Good organisation to work with. As usual like any government organisation limitations and stringent restrictions are laid down keeping in view one ill doing by a bad employee to be thrust on all good employees who struggle to fallow, leading to undue delays and not in a position to execute genuine jobs even though they are fully justified.

Non exciting and not updated
Those who want a moderate salary and boring life style then go for railway. The work culture here is very poor and you can not expect help from your superior authority and you have no real power to act against your subordinate staff.
