This job is not for an average person looking for a daytime job. This job creates competition but also motivation to go further and to work hard. It creates a good atmosphere between the associates allowing a family to be created as well as further job opportunities.

Fun work place with supportive management. Customer service being number 1 and keeping customer happy being our main focus. The most enjoyable part of my job was satisfying customers on a daily basis with our great service and food.

Productive and fun place to work. Awesome first job.
It is a fast-paced job, there are several opportunities for raises and the management there is nice and provides meaningful feedback. A typical day working here can be stressful, but if you know what you are doing, it will go by very quick.

Great place to work! Learned so much!
I loved being employeed at In-N-out. I have learned so much and I am able to carry on everything I've learned to create a positive furture. Everyone had to learn to work as a team. Being that the work was constant and repetitive it was important for everyone to work together. I will never forget my experince working for INO for 5 years. I like to take my speacial experiences and share them.

Fun and fast pace
This by far has been my favorite job I have ever had. It was such an adrenaline rush working here because you are always busy, but nevertheless it was always so much fun. Management was the best and they always put their associates first. There was never a day that I felt unappreciated working there. Truly love this company.

efficient fun work environment
the great thing is when someone has a bad day at work, one gets to clocks out, the next day they clock in its like a restart, every position an associate works is a repetitive motioned position, its how one adjusts to the motion or energy or atmosphere around eachother.
