This is a forced review of iHeart Media. I was never employed here. Indeed as forced me to complete this review to apply for a job. I did work for Clear Channel Outdoor.

Fun and exciting workplace. Work hard and you will be rewarded
My time at iHeartMedia was great. When it comes to branding and marketing, iHeartMedia is tops. Brand identity is key and they do an excellent job with that. They will work you hard, but you will find that you will be rewarded for doing so.

Fun place to work, but the work is hard
If you are a hunter, then this job is for you. If you're not, then don't bother applying. It depends on the manager you are assigned to as to how your job is going to go.

Luck and your sales manager make the difference
Meetings, meetings, meetings.
And sales managers are generally pushy and lazy.
If you are lucky enough to get a good manager, the job can be quite enjoyable and profitable. Having said that, good luck getting the right manager.

Cut-Throat
Work hard and make great money but don't intend to have any personal time. This is a 24/7 job, i've even taken client calls as late as 11pm on New Years Eve.

Find a company that'll promote and appreciate
Read the cons and you'll see my review of the company. The top brass are sitting like fat cats even though the company as a whole is going bankrupt.
ConsBad management at local level, horrible pay, no room for advancement

Fun place to work
Worked with great people and deilivered prizes and gift packages to the winners that came to the front lobby to retrieve. Put prize packages together for golf tournaments. Scheduled songs to be played on the radio. Taking winners backstage for meet & greets at concerts.
Helping out with the Children's home auction on the weekends when it was a non-stop show.
Participating in giving a winner a brand new jeep or vacation package.

Full time in radio is hard to obtain
It is very difficult to get more than the limited 29 hrs per week. Advancement takes years. You pretty much have to devote all available free time often working for free. Most interns have been stuck in an intern role for years before they are hired in a part time position they want.
