Stressful but work culture and fellow colleagues are very good.
Very good work culture. Fellow colleagues as well as supervisors are very much cooperative. Reward and recognition is very good. Frequently company organised refreshment and training programmes for development and motivation. Management is very good. Hardest part is there stiff target and enjoyable part is reward and recognition.

• Extensive use of Persistent cache to reduce session processing time.
• Identified performance issues in existing sources, targets and mappings by analyzing the data flow, evaluating transformations and tuned accordingly for better performance.
• Used Workflow Manager for creating, validating, testing and running the sequential and concurrent sessions.
• Used Debugger to test the data flow and fix the mappings.

1. That’s an interesting question. I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the clients’ needs and organizing the team schedules around the client’s priorities.
2. I learn many things from thier like how to talk with our client and how to handel the situation .
3 . About my management that is cool everyone is ready to help even they too are busy , i am still thankfull them they never leave me alone or fall me down.
4. My co-workers are also hard worker and we are also enjoying parties with each other sometimes we see client of each other if we are not present .
5. Most enjoyable movement is when i got a surprise birthday from my co-workers and my boss.

Infrastructure is good and the means provided for job are heplful , the guidance from senior level needs to be more and refined, people around are fun loving and are of good humour. the training part is very helpful and there is lot learn and day to day knowledge enhancement need to be improved. morning meetings should be avoided and culture of evening meetings should be encouraged.
