Hyundai is a great job... Could use some help with management and treating team members fairly when it comes to company rules... Its a lot of your word against theirs goes on even if you have proof Of being wrongfully treated. Love the time off for holidays and the pay.

Very satisfied
This is a great place to work and can be very enjoyable. Usually a typical day includes taking care of customers and regular office work (phone calls, filing, making appointments). Everyone is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The hardest part of the job is figuring out what exactly the customer needs and how to best help them, but it can also be equally enjoyable.

Great place to learn.
Hyundai is was a great place for me to move from a small/midsize company into a larger company. I learned a lot in a short amount of time, because the company culture is kind of throw you in the deep end and make you swim.
Unfortunately the sink or swim mentality is a metaphor for how the company operates as a whole.
ProsOnsite Gym & fitness classes (free for employees), empoyees can buy Pete's Coffee & lunch onsite.
ConsLow pay, no trust in employees, hard to get anything done.

i worked well with the sales team and sales managers. office staff wasnt as good as it should of been. but other then that the work itself was great, love the car business

Hyundai motors is a great place to work. And have great insurance for your family. Hyundai have lots of different giveaways. They donate to alot of charity. They have family day for the employees and their families. They help you with investments throughout Hyundai with different training options.

Day to day operations are challenging but rewarding
Day to day operations are challenging but rewarding. I Lead teams of process and mechanical engineers who maintain over 280 welding robots to meet various manufacturing line efficiency’s .I coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to obtain optimum production. Developing quality standards and create implement, evaluate, and modify inspection criteria. I Oversee production by improving employee workstations for both ergonomics and employee safety. I serve as Project Champion for new vehicle model launch.

Slow promotion but mostly great people
A lot of stuff to learn, education and internal training opportunities, quality products. The work culture is strict, sometimes late hours, but always paid.

Too many layoffs and changes
Hyundai has had 5 layoffs in the nine years I was employed. Hyundai also had 7 different CEO's the company is constantly making changes, putting managers in positions they have no experience in and laying off good talent.

Company outright is good . Some employees in positions not right. Very good interdealer communication. Pay structure fair. Job responsibilities are multiple. Varied work makes the days different. If you enjoy a variety of activities in one job role this company is exceptional.
