Great people flexible schedule
It was fantastic while I was there. It has changed greatly since I left. third generation of leadership now. The company missed a lot of the technology changes over the years but their products have the highest quality in the market. Still has upside potential and hopefully the new team can make it happen.

Constant flux
And it hasn't changed. The name has changed twice since I left. There's no real clear understand from my end as to where the company is going and whether they're trying to be just a storage company or more

Work hours where all over engineer changes that where so decrement to are field services.
If you want to make money and have no life go for it. Wil be no balance if you try. I mean I was a single dad had 2 daughters and my manager would baby sit ( his wife)so I could work every weekend

I really enjoyed working at Hitachi Vantara.
I was very surprised when I got let go, after working with the company for 14.5 years. I did a lot of self training to keep up with all the new software that I was responsible to remotely deploy into a customer environment. The work was very rewarding and I really enjoyed making all my clients happy once the engagement was completed.

Restructuring
HDS was a stable place to work up until recently. Was treated with fairness by management while working there. Lost my position due to recent restructuring.

Gostei muito do trabalho na Hitachi, consegui conquistar muitas coisas trabalhando nessa empresa,.sai por causa da crise que estava passando o pais .
Bom lugar para trabalhar , trabalho tranquilo, gostava muito do meu trabalho. Se tivesse uma oportunidade voltaria com certeza pra essa empresa.
Pra mim foi uma ótima oportunidade e posso dizer vale apena.
Obrigado a todos colaboradores que trabalharam comigo .
Tenho muita vontade de voltar.

Mostly nice managers, except for two of them who don't work there anymore
Mostly nice managers, except for two of them who don't work there anymore. Those two would negate all the good in the company (which was otherwise relaxed).
Regular downsizing cycles.
They take a lot of time to do a hiring and they might fire in the probation period if their budget runs out.
At downsizing times, they seem to pick the ones with longest seniority.

Muy mala organización de trabajo. Siempre falta material por lo que estas siempre a expensas de los toreros y del almacén, lo que lleva a un estrés constante. Buen sueldo, pero mala organizacion en general.

Environnement agréable
