Not many pros. Manly Cons
Work and life balance was horrible for full time employees. Great part time job for people just looking for extra cash or students because the store is often slow. No commission, no bonus checks, no extra ways of making money other than working overtime. You will not have time to work a second job if needed. Employees are paid less than their competitors. No breaks for management unless another manager is at the store, which is rare. You have to work one 13 hour shift a week.

Relaxed Workplace
Relaxed work place with diverse customers. The day starts with the daily work lists. The management is generally relaxed as long as you get your work done. The hardest part of the job is the sorting shipment.

Awesome job!! Flexible with opportunities to advance. Assist customers, maintain knowledge on products and footwear for superior customer service. Management is very friendly. There is no "hard part of the job". Would recommend for anyone needing part time employent. Full time positions are presented as well.

Must remain productive and very talkative
You are continually expected to grab customers attention and persuade them to buy products. You must stay at least 10ft away if you are not speaking to customer. Yu must walk around constantly and look busy. Then at closing you have to vaccum and organize the store.

Fast pace and at times fun place to work
The hardest part of the job was how strict the rules were. Granted, I was not in a busy area, so it wasn't as bad. Overall, the client's are awesome. Management (according to where you work) can be difficult at times, but they do there job. There is no leniency, which is a good thing, and a bad thing.

ConsYou only get a 30 minute break no matter how long you work that day, you are not allowed cell phones at all in the store, you can't eat unless you are on your break, just little things like that, nothing you can't go without.
