Best company ive worked for.
A extremely demanding industry not conducive to family life however extremely lucrative. The work is very hazardous and also rewarding. A great company with excellent benefits.

Office work
I worked in the office and enjoyed it very much. I found my managers where always there when needed but they did not hover over my shoulders. I would go back and work there.

Extremely stressful place to work
Extremly poor management style with military attitude. Intimidation and bulling are common in Halliburton working place. Employees work under extreme pressure and constantly worrying about being fired without notice.

Entry level oil field
Halliburton is a great place to get started working in the oil field. Once you get hired on, you can apply for other jobs for Halliburton internally. I held three different positions within the company and worked for two districts.

Good to you until you are no longer needed. Expected to always put family life and personal life on hold for company business. Hard to balance with a family.

Always staying busy
Halliburton was a great company to work for although often put people in a position to fail with no support. Figure it out or fail. Then explain the circumstances to those who did not wan to listen.

Stressful but awesome for learning about the industry.
The work was either fast pace with long work hours on location or really slow office work. The classes I attended were very helpful and the information learned while working was the best in the industry, but job security is very poor.

Buena empresa para iniciar carrera y obtener buenos ingresos.
En la base el trabajo es muy fluctuante. Hay dias en los que toca trabajar 14 o 16 hrs seguidas sin descanso, asi como otros en los que dentro de las 8 hrs regalmentarias no se hace mayor cosa. Muy dificil llevar una vida social y familiar plena con un trabajo así porque no se sabe cuando se tiene tiempo para hacer algo. En campo el trabajo es mucho mas agradable si estas dispuesto a aguantar las condiciones climaticas y a tolerar las diversas personalidades de la gente. No se cuentan con turnos de trabajo fijo por lo que nuevamente es complicado planear una vida fuera del trabajo.
