Habit doesn't appreciate there employees and managers a lot of favoritism regardless of what they say if you not in the DM circle you will not be promoted

Very flexible hours and great vibes and energy. Management may have been better . The job was very diverse and it wasn't a hard job at all easy and what I enjoyed the most was the customers im gonna miss them the most.

Worked here for 2 years love the people and they have became family but you can only do so much at one place. You work hard but it is never enough for the DM

Great company to grow and learn. Develops professional and Personal growth. Provides the tools to carry your advancement and lead others. Very new company with rapid growth. Lacks a good benefit package to compensate for amount of work.

Very on Edge and very competitive
This place was a learning curve, it also showed that you had to know your way around the kitchen but also the management for example if you spoke wrong stepped wrong or breath in the wrong direction, everyones eyes were on you and wouldnt let go

My favorite place to work
Working at the habit gave me great communication skills. Everyone is friendly and wants nothing but the best for the customers. I’d recommend the habit as an amazing place to eat and a even better place to eat.

Very busy work
I worked at habit for over a year and it was a fairly good job until I learned all positions open/close. They would not certify me in positions I mastered because they knew they would have to pay me more. I got paid the same as the starters yet I knew the kitchen better than the managers & higher management. They also would NEVER cooperate with my schedule outside of habit. Most people didn't make it past their first month I saw 40+ people come and go in that year
