Tight Deadlines. Not a lot of training. You must be extremely accountable for yourself, your own learning, your own time management and your own progress. No one is going to tell you what to do or what not to do or provide you with coaching, managers do not have time for that. This is the type of job where you need to have had prior buying experience.

Read "Rise and Fall" at the house of Gucci. When I was there we went through a new President every year. To be fair I was in the watch and jewelry division - not clothing.

Friendly and easy going work environment
Get to store a hour before opening and pull shipments that need to go out from previous day. Start labeling and packaging items before first shipment comes. Pick up first shipment from loading dock then bring it back to the store stockroom.
Check in all new merchandise and bring needed or new merchandise to the sell floor and back stockroom.

Lavoro come Corporate Retail Merchandaiser Manager assistant presso Gucci per la categorie di Luggage, Handbags e Small Leathergoods. Mi occupo di monitorare le vendite delle mie categorie per i negozi World Wide e di pianificare i riordini insieme alla produzione per un efficace stoccaggio del prodotto nei magazzini delle Regions e dei relativi Stores. Monitoro anche l’andamento dei progetti speciali realizzati ad hoc per una particolare linea di prodotto, per un determinato mercato o per uno dei nostri flagship store. Partecipo alle campagne vendite supportando il mio team nel momento dell’overview sul prodotto e della review dell’ordinato dei buyers. Mi occupo anche di redigere il Master Order per le campagne vendite.

Inizialmente non è affatto facile, è un'azienda molto dinamica e professionale, dove non c'è spazio per i "pigri", il lavoro ti porta spesso a fare orari molto lunghi e sempre pieni di impegni, quindi è obbligatorio essere sempre motivati per raggiungere l'obbiettivo, anche giornaliero, avere in questo caso, colleghi pronti a darti una mano, è fondamentale, in questo caso, sono stato abbastanza fortunato, trovando quasi sempre gente pronta alla collaborazione.
La parte più piacevole, è il marchio stesso e il prestigio che ne deriva farne parte, è come una grande famiglia.

J ai trouvé super la boutique GUCCI elle a une selection de vetements haut de gamme.le contact est super bien passé.cest vraiment tres dure et beaucoup de pression faire de la vente au maximum il faut etre tres proche de ses clients organiser son planning en fonction d 'eux mais cest un bon et beau métier mon boss etais super gentil et respecteux . le travail de vendeuse demande une bonne resistance physique nerveuse et un sourire a toute epreuves le travail de samedi et les heures supplementaires en periode de fetes sont probables l ambiance etais agreable nous les employés offrons un milieu de travail stimulant, progressif et diversifié fondé sur le respect et collaboration .
Prosj ai bien aimé l atmosphére
Consa part le fait que c etais un peu loin de chez moi .
