No life putside of work. 7 days a week
Be ready to work 7 days à week. It's double pay on Sunday that helps but the point system will take u down fast if u don't keep an eye on it. It's only 5 points and it's over.

On a daily basis it was steady from time to time. My management could use some more training. At times it was family orientated. The hardest part of the job was different peoples, personalities, attitude and egos. What I enjoyed about the job my co-workers from time to time.

GKN is a terrible place to work it is full of racist biggest that look out for only there own I wouldn't recommend anyone of color to work in this place.

management did not care about employees, worked employees long days and hours with out time off,pay was very low, workplace culture was you were not respected by management, employees had bad work habits, and jobs did not get done right or on time.

Great Place To Work
Very friendly management, clean environment and safe place to work. The hours are great. Very flexible with schedule. Great benefits. Excellent cafeteria inside the building.
