my job is very good, I get job satisfaction & safety. Pleasent environment. Every one has good nature & cooprative nature. Hardest part of my job is only loading & unloading container .

Not a great place to work
There’s a lot of favoritism and if you are associated with certain people you are barred from advancement within the company and management will do whatever they can to lie to you about the reason why you can’t move up. And the people who move up aren’t even qualified to do there job.

Overall
This was my transition job before I relocated to the city. It was the same job as Manpower but under another sub contracting company. It was needed at the time for a smooth transition

Great work environment
GEODIS is the best company I have had the pleasure to work for.
All leadership across the board has been supportive and shown care in advancement of my carrer.

Middle Management
I was a supervisor, responsible for hiring and firing. I went through over 60 employees in 8 months because the expectations far exceed the pay. Additionally I was treated poorly in the end and did not even finish my two weeks notice when forced to choose between working a weekend or attending my son's first birthday party when given a one day heads up. There are good people in the company high and low, but the emphasis is far and away the dollar over the employee.

Nice office environment, got to dress up
Typical work day would be come to my cubicle, go through the days work log to determine how big of a work load the day would bring. Management was great and friendly and I enjoyed talking to them about what the work day may bring. Wasn't really anything hard about the job, I enjoyed working in a office environment.

Entreprise en turn over constant. On y est très mal payés pour ce que l'on produit comme travail, beaucoup d'heures sup non rémunérées, aucune reconnaissance. Vie de famille sacrifiée et cela ne les empêche pas de se débarrasser de vous quand ils ont plus besoin de vos services, méme en CDI. Et ne donnez surtout pas votre numéro de téléphone pour des références, ils vous enfonceront.

J'ai bossé pour Geodis 2 ans et 6 mois au assemblage volets. J'aime bien mon boulot et je suis professionnel et mon chef d'équipe a besoin de moi à partir du 2 juin quand ma tournée À système 2 va redémarrer
