CareRev is bringing the future of work to Healthcare! We are developing a robust marketplace that connects trusted Healthcare professionals to relevant per diem shift opportunities. We are working to change the traditional relationship between Healthcare professionals and Healthcare facilities alike, aiming to build a future that ensures people who work in Healthcare have better tools and are empowered to be the healers they want to be.
What You’ll Do:
Submit Shortcut tickets
Create job flyers in Canva and post them on Facebook and Instagram
Screening professionals to enter the private Facebook group,
Answer incoming direct messages and/or comments on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc)
Community management: answering questions in private FB group, posting content in FB group & IG, vet Brand Ambassadors, launch a Pinterest account, and engage on TikTok
Project management of out of home campaigns (billboards, transit campaigns, mailers, etc)
Research new perks for professionals and professional-facing events CareRev should be a part of
Support the Digital Marketing Manager and Healthcare Recruiter in administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate with the Creative and Content Teams on B2C projects (blog, collateral needed for social media, out of home campaigns)
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of experience working as a Social Media Associate or similar
Positive attitude, detail oriented, and customer oriented with multitasking capabilities
Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Strong functional knowledge of social media principles, practices, and the desire to apply that knowledge in a professional environment
Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
