Good coworkers...management was incompetent.
You will need to work hard from start to finish of your shift. The warehouse is always behind. Do not expect good decisions from the management. I would not work there again.

Great opportunity for growth
I enjoyed working here because I knew I wouldn't get stuck in one job position. Every day was different but I was able to meet new people and new skills.

Over all, hard pass.
Do NOT become a Percussion Specialist unless you have no life and enjoy your schedule changing daily, if your lucky to even get your schedule on time. Being a full time driver isn't bad, but it can take a long time for a position to open up. Account lead isn't too bad either, but can be very demanding of your time. Merchandising is repetitive and boring and your surrounded by the general public. Yes, you are very well compensated and benefits are great, but at what cost.. no life ever?
Overall management is awful, ZERO leadership from 90% of the core group. A lot of negativity with no positive outlook for anything to ever change. Constant staffing issues, beyond short staffed and over worked. This was consistent before Covid changed it even more. Also, I was informed of over communicating concerns and was even chastied for it.
The Union (Teamsters) will not support you as a Union should, it takes years just to negotiate a contract that gets you pennies to the dollar. Essentially you have to fight to survive a hostile environment to even have a chance at staying employed.
Covid policy and procedures are a joke, no one is held accountable for not complying with set mandates. Facility is "thoroughly cleaned" per CDC requirements aka a person sprays chemicals throughout the building every few weeks. I often took it upon myself to clean the check out area and cubbies because they were beyond filthy on a regular basis.
Overall, any position is ALL work and NO reward.
ProsCompensation, benefits, free product time to time
ConsLeadership, no support, difficult to advance, very long hours, no appreciation, lack of communication, poor working conditions and never a thank you

Thanks to my job I learned many things
I started in 1994 and went through different types of jobs with in the company til I became a machine operator. Each day was different sometimes difficult sometimes great,a lot of trouble shooting involved. The typical day was to acomplish no down time. Lots of overtime good pay and lots of friends too much management turnover all in all good place to work.

very productive place to work
I loved everything about my job. I had days that were tiresome and adventurous. I was in sanitation when i first started. Then I moved to packaging. i stayed in packaging for a while. Then I had the opportunity to move to another department. Which i did in April of this year. I was trained to be and Operational Machine Specialists(OMS). In the Processing Department. I learned alot as a Operator. I learned to recognize different seasoning for each line. I was taught how to disassemble and assemble each line. I had to monitored the seasoning that was transfered into each line and if there was a problem. I would do my best to fixed the problem. If i was unsuccessful i would contact maintenance.

A great place to work.
The most enjoyable part about working for this company are the people, values and learning opportunities. The diversity program for this company was outstanding. PepsiCo makes the best effort to include each and everyone of its employees in the running of its day to day business. There is no place for can't do, because ultimately it the environment which tells you ... you can do.
Prosworklife balance, employee support
Conspromotability from internal.

Good money but you're going to work overtime...ALOT
Pay is good but until your 20-30 yrs senior, you are low man on the totem poll and first to be forced into overtime. Seniority rules and I get it however if you're starting out be prepared to work overtime and alot of it.
