Ummmm not until policies change
The work is physical however it all depends on what dept you are in. Management again depends on what department you are in. Overall management is horrible and indecisive. Rarely approved for time off. Points for occurrences is ridiculous. If my child is sick and I have to call in more than a week then you get fired for too many days missed. Stupid.
ProsIt’s a paycheck
ConsManagement and policies

A good job for teenagers.
This is a good job to get your start in the working world. They can teach you some good skills that will be helpful going forward. However, if you’re looking to get paid enough to support yourself, like getting an apartment, a car, etc, you’re better off finding another job that pays more. There’s plenty of other jobs where you start out getting paid what you would at foot locker as an assistant manager. The only spot that really pays well is the manager position, but there is no telling how long it’ll take for you to move up to that position.

Fun, fast paced work environment
I enjoy my job because it's faced paced and busy. Being a machine operator allows me to use my body and mind to do my job. Footlocker is a fair company that pays well. They pay well for overtime and give paid days off. Benefits programs and 401 K are offered.

Wonderful place with instant inclusion when helping customers
This place is fun and family friendly, when I worked here I was given tasks that I could fulfill without feeling encumbered. I learned a lot about shoes and how to help customers find great styles with prices they love.

Sell, Sell, Sell!!!
Fast paced, many balls in the air and keep merchandise moving was the order of the day. I learned to multi-task and resolve issues quickly. Management style was to be present and analyzing data to see what merchandise was selling well and what was not. Communication with co-workers was a critical part of the job in order to ensure excellent customer service. The hardest part of the job was the inability to disconnect. The most enjoyable part of the job was merchandising and marketing events to create positive energy in the store.
ProsInteraction with many people
Conslacking work life balance for mangers
