Awful company, very micromanaging and they have archaic technology. I feel that that they demand too much of their employees and do not want to pay them enough

A rewarding place to work.
Nice environment to work in. Great people. Good benefits. Room for advancement. Rewards for excellent customer service and balancing. Very customer oriented. Family owned financial institution that cares about their employees.
ProsWork hard and advance. Great profit sharing program.
ConsLower pay than other financial institutions.

FNB's employees and managers were very experienced and supportive.
FNB has grown significantly since I left. It had a small bank feel with a large bank product set. The CEO is extremely knowledgeable and had over 20 years experience in banking.

An stapel and institution in the Midwest banking industry
I have worked at this company for many years and at different times in my life. I started there at an early age and was given several opportunities to grow with the company. There is only one division I did not work for and I am thankful for the amount of experience I gathered there. The staff is very professional but can at times seem very strict. The values of professionalism have carried over into any position I have obtained over the years and for that I am appreciative.

Great work environment. Fun events. Great benefits
I absolutely loved working for the bank. Being a personal banker helping customers with difficult situations. Offering and educating was an amazing work experience. Unfortunately due to my move was not able to continue working for one of the strongest banks in America. My manager was known to be "by the book" and i loved that about him. He treated his employees as if they were family but made sure everybody was fallowing US Bank guidelines. The most enjoyable part of the job was coming to work and having a close relationship with your colleagues and manager and making a difference with every customer.

Many changes in management and work environment. Promoted within.

Small Hometown Bank that clearly cares for it's customers
Good bank to work for; they clearly care for their customers as well as their employees. Because it is a smaller bank, some of the benefits aren't as great and advancement is more difficult, but overall I'd highly recommend this bank as an employer or just as your bank of choice!

A play how to sell Digital products and Jerusalem dancing challenge when overcome Covid-19
For engagement purpose, from-time-to - time we have extivities to do to strength our relationship and engagement at work place. On the last activity we prepare the dance for Jerusalema when our branch was hit hard by Covid-19.We practiced until we get the steps. Currently, it is serving as a morning songs for us.

Pathetic organizations to work for. High is favoritism and nepotism. Promotions are not given on merit but merely by knowing people.
Once you work for FNB you get stuck in the same position for a number of years unless you network and really have people who can assist you in getting promoted . You basically have to be well connected and nepotism is a hug problem.

Healthy environment but limited career progression
I enjoyed working here, but sometimes it felt like my efforts were not going to be appreciated particularly through career progression inclusive of promotion and/or increase in benefits. Transformation at the time i worked there was biased in my opinion and only benefitted a few.
