The management needs changed as well as a good hard look at Corporate and how they train ! I saw lots of promising that never arrived Hiring process and treatment of employees were more negative than positive

Fast paced
Fast paced during Summer. Upper Management is unstable. Great benefits. For full time associates, there is not much of a job work/ life balance. Great starter for hotel experience and great opportunities to move up in the company. Pros and cons like any other jobs.

Ok place to work
Its an ok work place. Its very disorganized as far communication goes tho. There flexible with the schedules. I have worked all 3 shifts. The people you work with are great and nice. Other then the communication that needs to get better, theres not a whole lot of complaints about this job. I have been there for 6 months now.

It’s GREAT at first but then ...
Don’t get me wrong this job is an amazing start to advance in many categories in life & to gain experience but after a while the company & management just expect too much & forget your human too! They expect what they can’t give back ! These people do not care that you have a family to feed or kids to tend to ... or that you have to take care of yourself too to be your best self you can’t even get water out of them it’s literally against some type of policy they have. I loved how much I was advancing at first but then nothing was ever Enough. safety measures are terrible THEY NEED A SECURITY FOR NLGSR break your back just as much as management does & it’s not a raise or acknowledgment 14-17 hour shifts “doubles” because company is understaffed & your still payed the regular wage if you do manager things you should get manager wage! It’s incredible really.

Sink or swim
You have to really want to work here. It’s a tough environment. I remember being thrown to the wolves win I started and told sink or swim. It’s very political.

No room for growth,
No raises. They dont care about their employees. They let guests run the hotel and their is no teamwork at all. They dont even offer rides to and from transportation centers for employees traveling from different cities.
ProsNo security, they let guest run the hotel
ConsDental, no raises, not Short term medical leave

Productive and Enjoyable
I learn a lot about customer service and osha product handling. Management were always clear and concise about what they needed. The hardest part of my job was to fix the customers tv or to plunge the toilet. Other than that, I loved it.
ProsThere was no micro managing
