It's a productive call center with a good management systen.
Express is a decent company to work for, I don't have any bad remarks to express about Express Scripts. This is all I have to say. I did not work there long enough to formulate more opinions, sorry this is all I have to say.

This company allows you to utilize your assets and the opportunity to learn and grow. Great company to work for! They take care of their employees and ensure we have everything we need to complete our job to the best of our ability. There is always opportunities to learn new skills.

It’s production driven and closely managed
If you’re looking for entry level experience in pharmacy, this is a great place to start. They will provide your pharmacy license for you free of charge and it is valid for 1 year. You can also use that license at other places which is also a perk.

Your experience varies depending on the area business that you are working within. There have been a lot of changes since my employment with the organization.

Very productive and awesome environment..everyone is helpful
I love working at express scripts. I would say they're on my most pleasant employers thus far in my career. If hired on, this may be my retirement job.

Poor Management
Poor management- middle management was not qualified to be managers. They were condescending and pushy for all of the wrong goals of the projects. There was no longevity in the team members.

Wonderful Company
Working at Express Scripts is a blessing. I only had to leave the company because they moved to Fairfield, OH, from Mason, OH. The drive was too far to go to Fairfield, OH.

My location
My location with concentrix was terrible horrible pay. Inconsistent managers, a couple. Disrespectful coworkers. Felt like high school. And they laid us off. Last day 3/31/20

Work @ home
ESI allowed great flexibility allowing Account Executives to work from home managing our accounts. Since I only had one account and was very close it made sense to be afforded this opportunity.

Team of professionals
Was part of the Express Scripts acquisition of Medco, supported the data center migration with a team of gifted security engineers. Resently Cigna acquired and has since resigned from the organization.
