Not the place you'll grow at
The benefits are okay, but the work is back to back calls with stressful people, with management seemingly out of existence, it was good but not anymore

Not a good place to work
They do not value employee contribution, attrition is high due to the level of stress. Career paths were invisible to agents. I think they are working on the above, so it may be different now.

Overall the work culture is good. .
Middle Management is weak at best, senior management is very good . There is an in your face management style. We heard repeatedly COVID would not effect our jobs so when business fell off they simply said your not getting your job done and we are terminating you. So not a layoff but a performance termination all the same. They have good training, however lack support in delivering it to clients. Again very weak middle Management who lacks the capacity to get you up and running and support you.

Extremely competitive workforce where you are required to set records every year or fear for your job security. Compensated well but very hard job for an entry level sales person to learn the ropes.

like the way everyone did their share of the work. There was always work to be done, Had a nice facility with lunchroom and workout area. Paid at a fair to better level

This was one of my first jobs so i just wanted to prove myself went to work busted my but and didnt have much fun
This was one of my first jobs and i was a machine operator running mail through the machine then would package the mail and take the forklift and pallet out to the shipping department. People were very helpful when i started and when i got the hang of things i just kind of keep to myself and did my job.Packaging was a big part of my job here also
Prospeople were very helpfull, benefits and plenty of hours
Conspay was not very good but it was my first job so i was happy

Fun place to work
Experian was a fun place to work. There were great new IT technologies to learn. There were also good opportunities for future growth.

Overall the company has good people, however the environment is very political and does not feel very progressive. Company upper management lacks insight and forward thinking.

Great Job with lots of new experiences
I have worked at Experian for over 7 years. Always something to do and something new and intellectually challenging. I was able to learned various functions of the business, since we have diverse business units. Co-workers were my team mate and teachers.
Sometimes hours can be very long, but what can compensate for those long hours are the many social events and team building events would pacify the long hours you may have put in the night before.
