eXp Realty was a great company to work for. Working remotely made my family life much less stressful. It gave me the ability to be more flexible when it came to family life/emergencies. They offer many types of positions and there are opportunities to advance at certain times.

EXP Realty is a national virtual brokerage, where the success of the agents is paramount. All agents are stockholders in the company. The company provides awesome tools for the success of the agents and compensation is one of the best in the industry.

The job history in this profile is a compilation of a 26 year career working at several Real Estate companies. The last company I worked for was RE/MAX. They are a franchise. I have a lot from each and every experience in this profession. The customer is always first and will always be first in terms of my service in what ever I do.

Loved it Beth Ellen was fabulous. I regret parting ways with them. But I had to leave the workforce due to having twins and wanting to stay home with them

Split Compensation
The split compensation is generous and they are very technologically savvy. The training is unparalleled and they work with you on getting around and navigating through the eXp World on line.
Pros80/20 split to start on commissions

Great Opportunity
EXP Realty is a great company to work for and has been a great opportunity for me to grow my business as a real estate Agent. This is an innovative company that has a lot of opportunity to grow and be better at you real estate business.

Would suggest never going near this company.
Spent more than six months setting up eXp Realty's first office in Canada. eXp Realty did nothing to help! They used my time and got me to pay most of the cost out front. They never provided any help to grow the Ontario market.
They decided to close the Toronto office with only two weeks notice leaving everyone licensed and in management without a place to work or hold their licenses. The CEO and President could have cared less about anyone in the office. They closed access to our company emails and company site so we could not tell anyone about how bad they treated us.
Their are many very good Real Estate companies but I would recommend NEVER GOING NEAR EXP REALTY.
ProsWill take your money for their penny stock and promise you the moon.
