10/10 don’t recommend. Messy work environment. Worker’s health isn’t priority. People come and go quickly and the people that’s been there hasn’t gotten a raise.

Challenging environment but awesome people
40 hours is not enough to perform adequately. Not replacing key individuals after attrition. Job security is lacking with lots of surprises. People at the lower levels are like a family who work together with real customer focus.

Not a supportive management company to work for or knowledgeable about the current process and procedures. Favoritism and poor ethical management style behaviors.

Novitex
I learned the Novitex purchasing system. I created and reviewed for payment purchase orders. The hardest part of the job was to the time it took management to approve high dollar purchase orders. I enjoyed working with the people.

Novitex is not a great company to work for but the location I worked at was excellent and I loved my clients and co-workers.
Novitex lures employees in with the site they contract for but their management is horrible, turnover is constant and raises are very few and far between with an average raise being 15 cents every 3 or 4 years. No opportunity for advancement. The site they contract with is wonderful and the people and job opportunities available there are wonderful...but Novitex themselves isn't a good company to work for.

No room for advancement in company, No overtime, No 40 hours( only 35 hours) Managers do not know how to do any jobs inside the company except send emails all day.

Repetitive mail sorting, mail out's, international and local UPS program for this type of delivery.
Interoffice mail sorting and delivery. Takes a special kind of person to work there. I personally am looking for upwardly mobile job.

Because I needed to take medical leave I had to leave this position but I loved the job and would go back to it if possible. Some managers were definitely more understanding than others

Very equal place
The most enjoyable part of the job is that its some great people that works here. The hardest part is that you have to be professional with all people even when they take you out your character. Management is quite equal and understanding. typical day at work is fast pace then it slows down toward the middle of the day.

Strong collaboration with Associates and management they respect you individuality with a goal-driven atmosphere. It is a customer service organization keeping the customer happiness and satisfaction in mind but never diminishing the technicians value

A good place to learn and get exposure of various technologies related to document processing.The most enjoyable part was dealing with different types of shipment handling and files.Trouble shooting with the IT department.
