They need work done
You are just there to help there clients get what they need done. They don't know what you do on a day to day basis but they somehow know what you do wrong. Not a great place to work

Awful Pay
As a lab tech I was only paid 8.40 an hour. Never felt appreciated or included. A lot of the chemists would not even look at us so much as speak to us.

Management
Management is terrible with trying to train new employees or provide extra necessary training to employees that are struggling. Lets analysts drown in work and lets them dig their own graves to be let go from the company.

I seek out more responsible and a higher position but I was over looked and someone out of the company was hired. No prospect of advancement even when actively seeking advancement

Growing company with room for advancement
I worked at Eurofins for 10+ years. The work was challenging and could be stressful at times, but the people I worked with made it worthwhile. There was always opportunity to learn new skills. The workplace culture was good and I enjoyed the relationships i forged as a result of working there. The hardest part of the job was
the amount of overtime that was required during the busy season.
It could be very stressful. But I have to say my coworkers made it a lot easier. The most enjoyable part of my job was my peers and our ability to work as a team.

Tough yet rewarding
Eurofins is a difficult yet rewarding job that helps further your experience in customer services and the Environmental fields. A typical day at work for a Field Services Rep is usually spent on the road 6-8 hours a day, meeting with clients collecting drinking water and waste water samples.

Más que una gran empresa, es una empresa grande, muy fragmentada.
Como toda empresa multinacional con varias divisiones o líneas de negocio, no se puede dar una opinión generalizada.
Hay muy buenos especialistas, y también los hay que practican la ley del mínimo esfuerzo. Tenemos grandes líderes, así como grandes artistas del postureo político empresarial. Unidades de negocio con equipos fantásticos en todos los sentidos, que arrimando el codo llegan a brillar, excediendo todas las expectativas, pero también algunas entidades donde el personal no dura más de 6 meses y su rotación es su ruina. En fin, a quien tenga la ocasión de optar por una vacante en Eurofins le aconsejo que decida en función a quién será su superior. Por lo general, los equipos y las unidades de negocio llevan el sello y el espíritu de quien las dirige.
En resumen: no elijas la empresa. Elige a tu jefe, y trabajarás a gusto.

Peu ou pas de gestion interne, personne n'est capable d'avoir la bonne info et le personnel semble s'en fiche royalement. Aucune considération de l'employé qui a besoin d'avancer dans sa carrière.
