The problem is finding time between the work load and the implementation to get it done without over working or committing yourself.

Productive company
The most enjoyable part of the job was some of the employees. We made a fun day out of work as best we could and most got along. The hardest part of the Job was coming in and not knowing about the contracts that were said to be happening by management.

Productive core of hard working individuals
-Typical day at work 0700 to 1545
-Brazilian based company, got a good insight how business is handled multi-nationally with multiple governments and agencies involved (DCMA, DOD, Sierra Nevada)
-Management had a rather high attrition rate
-Coworkers were a great group of men and women
-Hardest part of job was getting enough logistical and engineering support to accomplish the task at hand.
-Most enjoyable part was meeting new people and learning more about my trade

Fast Paced and stressful
Communication from management to the floor is poor and sometimes confusing. No evidence of any new contracts. Language translations a big issue.

Productive environment
Team is very relevant at Embraer! Deadlines are achievable and they promote from within. The core values are always acknowledged and the company is doing well as growth scales. The joint venture with Boeing is an exciting development.

Não sei como é os sistema de chefia atual da cúpula da chefia , pois de lá, saí em 1990, portanto não estou interado . Aprendi muitas coisas como ser tolerante no ambiente de trabalho.
