Overall Reviews at eClerx

Would not recommend this place to anyone
I worked for Eclerx for 2 months. My experience there was not all that I expected to be. My trainer was amazing, and yes, he was from India. This is an India based company. They pay $10.25 an hour starting off and then I think you get a dollar raise after 160 days of employment. The drama in this place is ridiculous and nobody addresses it. If you are absent a day, even if you bring in valid documentation stating why you were absent, that day still counts against you and you do not get excused for it. That policy is ridiculous. At Eclerx, you cannot just pick and choose your hours (especially if in training). They have times where people do not get paid on time. In other words, these people do not have their stuff together. If you have children and you don't have efficient childcare, don't even consider this place. They do not care if you have children or not. They want you to work when they want you to work, how they want you to work. Period. Everyone there isn't bad, but it seems that management could care less about you.
ProsGood Pay
ConsPay is bi-weekly, managers do not address problems that could potentially escalate, bullying

Overall experience
The job was easy to do . The company as a whole has no real structure. They play with your money by missing hours just about each pay period. There is no room for advancement unless you are friends with the management team. They do not allow adequate time when changing your schedule.
ProsFree vision
ConsExpensive health care

It’s definitely an experience
They don’t care about anyone out there. They change guidelines, rules, schedules and jobs everyday without warning or care about your ability. I started without sales to 1 sale a month then 5 sales a month or termination or suspension till further notice. They also had bugs

Work
My experience with the company has been a learning one that included incentives. Over the months I have learned how to resolve a customers issue, make a sale effortlessly and help with billing. The company is great and will continue to make great changes in the technical world of cable.

Learnt the ability to contribute a lot in the management of human resources, seeking a challenging and rewarding position in the firm and also provided the quality HR management services positively.
Adding to the above list the accountabilities like the recruitment, selection, placement, development and retention of employees, adding value to the clients.
Also apart from HR also handled the Admin work as a receptionist during the night and the day shift
