They don’t treat their workers like adults
Where I work at now , it’s rough right now because of hours . But I’ll mange and pull through. But working there should help you improve with skills . It’s a good experience.

Unpleasant to work for.
This was a very unpleasant business to work for. The management was very lax to be polite. The owner of the business was never there and sent her son to fix things which he had no knowledge to be doing.

job it was fine but new management
the customers and workload wasn't the big issue working there the management at 2580 south was very bad young workers were told they were replaceable and treated the way.The more elderly workers were overworked and your hours will be shifted without any understanding to your request. A HEAVY layer of favoritism is percent

Flexible hours
The key to a good work environment is a support system by upper management . A great place to work if you like to take advantage of the work place as well as help customers with theIr needs.
ProsThey will train you in every aspect of the job
ConsSometimes people call out of work causing a discourse among other employees and some supervisors

Move up really fast if you want to
Very fast paced job with advancement. Working for Dunkin’ is a journey. It could make you or break you but I can say it’s one of the easiest jobs ever. I honestly love Dunkin’ and I’ve grown really fast in that company. Certain franchises are good. NOT EVERY FRANCHISE. Friendly management was what started me but I can say it is now the worst Dunkin’ franchises ever.
ProsTips, job advancement, training
ConsPay, benefits, NO HR department, rude and lazy managers

Dont work for dunkin
Unless you're in high school, college orbits a last resort, dont work for them. Even without a degree you are worth more than what they can offer. Save yourself years of trouble and underpaying and look for somewhere better.
