Just about there company
When starting with this company it was different and I loved it. Once I became a part of the family, it was cool but then I realized. The company wasn't for there employees.

No recognition. No training. No procedures to follow. Bad at setting expectations of their employees. Little to no advancement. Very compartmentalized.

Not a good working environment.
I did not enjoy my time working under this company. I had little training and was not given a fair chance. The period in which I had to train I had to assume the responsibilities of this jobs as well as that of my previous position.

Corporate doesn't care about it's employees or the working conditions They talk to people anyway they won't. Words are not kept in employee benefits. Prolong everything for employees. .

Great working enviornment
Dunbar was a great working environment with many opportunities for advancement based on how hard an employee wanted to gain that opportunity. I was able to conduct many different tasks and achieve a few different promotions and career advancement opportunities in my time employed at Dunbar.

Summary
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not culturally balanced. Management do not know how to conduct business. They act like immature adults.

How are the working hours at Dunbar Armored?

Depends on day of week, route, partner. Also, you WILL have to work 2-4 Saturday's a month. Even though they tell you no more than one Saturday a month, during interview.

We no longer do Polygraphs. Effective September 2017, we only give a Job Fit Assessment, before a Conditional Offer. I hope this helps!!
