Career growth and nice environment to work in
I had the opportunity to travel internationally and work with different cultures. They give independence to work by yourself and provide results at the end.

Rewards the same people
Good work/life balance but external hires are always viewed more favorably than internal candidates.
Butt-kissers get promoted over those who keep their heads down and get work done.

2.0
Demanding and psychologically draining
This job is relatively soul crushing, dealing with angry customers who complain about everything, and hold you personally responsible for the company's faults. When it gets busy, management expects you to hold on and grind through the day, and is slow in providing employee resources necessary to alleviate stress. If you want to attempt call center life, make sure you're strong of mind don't let people get to you easily.
