Driving
It's a company that will ruin your vehicle and does not appreciate your work. It is not recommended because they get rich while you struggle to make a decent payday.

Good part-time gig, but excessive wear and tear on tires, engine and transmission. Purchases are prepaid with better base pay than Postmates and orders readily prepared and labelled.

Independent work environment with little management interference
As a 'Dasher Experience Specialist', you are expected to use data entry, tech support, and management skills to get potential doordash delivery drivers background checked and put on the road.
ProsIndependence, you often work alone, Free lunches daily although you might not have time to eat it, Great benefits and your coworkers are decent
ConsCompany offers good benefits but pays as much as a fast food position, Management doesn't truly know whats going on, Sales goals can be demanding and overwhelming, Management is often willing to cut corners to meet sales goals, Employee experience is not a priority

I love Dashing
1 of the fastest ways to put some cash in your pocket or on bills lol Getting paid daily is always a plus having the work when you choose option or scheduling a guaranteed time slot is also great also
ProsOpen road, friendly customers, work when you choose
ConsPpl don't always have their porch light on so you have to hunt to see the address carry a flashlight

Its always busy and too many drivers
There are too many drivers in the city for the very limited amount of orders placed. Locations don't keep in touch with doordash clients to deliver food on time. Very few of them actually have food ready on time.
ProsRemote and alone
ConsThere are no benefits offered.

Great side hustle can support you in a clutch
Doordash has made it possible for me to support my family while homeless, pay for a security deposit on a new home and continue to pay for that new home until other opportunities presented themselves for us career wise. I now have a first shift M-F and I've cut down on my Dashing considerably. I now do it on the weekend or a free evening. In a clutch though, DOORDASH can DEFINITELY pay the bills.

Great Pay/Horrible Company
Lets just say the pay is pretty awesome for a call center However, its not worth all the drama, favoritism, unfairness that agents go through. Management shows so much favoritism it's insane. Supervisors are hired externally which is fine if they knew what they were doing. Most of the management team early 20's and knows nothing about kids, spouses, and family. They only socialize with their favorites or other managers. This use to be an amazing place to work for but now its gotten so bad that people are willing to take pay cuts to leave this place. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I would recommend this jobs for young people just starting out but for older people just keep looking its entirely too much drama and games for you. Trust me. Im trying to find other work now.

Doordash
You get pentalized for a restaurant taking forever in getting an order ready which turned my 100 percent on time rating to 95 percent. Okay pay for my area..wish they would always do multiple orders to make it more worth the drivers time. Really need a per mile guarantee or guaranteed to get atleast one or two orders per hour & if you don't they pay you 4 or 5 bucks per order you didn't not get would be really helpful for drivers..also having an option for restaurants to mark orders ready for pickup or if there will be a delay in pickup..give the option for the driver to choose more than one order at a time
ProsFlexible schedules, next day pay, dasher direct card
