busy fixer
The work can be fun, however I often felt like I was babysitting the employees. That was only when I, in my HR capacity, was even included on any event. It has been made clear that HR isn't always welcome in any discussion or in any of the operations. There is a very large learning curve with this position.

Good Opportunity
DNATA _can be a relaxed/work atmosphere, the only thing missing is the pay to match the man-hours serviced. Business and professionalism is unquestioned. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this company.

Good People, Bad Infastructure
The company is good at making promises that they don’t keep. Everyday is a struggle and the higher-ups don’t want to fix the root of the problems. Instead they implement new policies and programs that only mask the problem. They put people in positions that they are unsuited for and then bash you for not completing a task fast enough. The work/life balance is atrocious.

Horrible
Management is awful. They’re all selfish and only care about themselves. They favor some over others and no matter how hard you work it always goes unnoticed

This company need to cater more to there employee...they need go around and see the strength and weakness and work one on one with each worker. I really learn more my second time around as a GSE apprentice .lots of very important fact about equipment and the operation. Two man team ...this promotes for hands on and focus training.

Great place to work with respectable colleagues
A typical day consisted with a random pick of duties after the end of daily briefings. I learned the key aspects to all my job responsibilities and professional customer care. The workplace was cultured and understanding of all needs. It had a positive atmosphere.
Prosfriendly community
Conswide scale communication is lacking.

Fun
As a flight operations controller we have a variable shift schedule with minimum of 48 hours per week basis. I've learn a lot of airline matters thru trainings and experiences. I love the pressure of some unusual events, love to share experiences with some airline crew and colleagues, I love the noise and smell of jet fuel when visiting the ramp. The hardest part is during typhoon season. Overall it was a good experience

Horrible
Only good thing about this job is the pay. However if they stealing your hours and showing favoritism on who gets OT then you more than likely won’t be seeing the money you think you’d be seeing.. management and HR are in cahoots with each other. They will over work you then talk bad things about you behind your back . If you show any signs of standing up for yourself you will become a targeted employee
ProsThe money, if/when they pay you correctly
ConsEverything else.. management is horrible . And if you call them out, you will become a target and since it’s non union, it’s an at Will job which means they can let you go for any reason and believe me they will .

Emirates is a very fun place to work with wit multi cultural people around us.
The work life in dnata is always busy and tight. Everyday I learn new things which did mark my career chart go high. The hardest part of the job would be precisely the IT problems we occur during invoicing. The most enjoyable part of the job is the work timings and less work pressure.

Productive and exciting work place
as I started to work at Dnata, I did not notice how long I've been there already since I was enjoying my shift everyday, I was able to be at my best, I was able to bring the best version of myself with this company, I learned how to challenge my self to be better, with regard with the management they have taught me how to be responsible enough in terms of the work etiquette, while for the workplace culture employees of dnata are culturally diverse, the hardest part of my job is I think is to be carefully on processing the staff's record while the most enjoyable part of it is being able to help the customers and being able to interact with different kind of people with different kind of culture.
