Busy
This is too time consuming....
I think this is better served using a CV and even telephone interview.
Also, there is a problem submitting the form.
I had to do the first company twice.

Chaos
There are some great people!
Continual structure changes due to incapable senior management. No idea what they are doing and in little or no detail of any processes or procedures.
Implement changes with no input from front line staff or middle management. Make jobs up to appease staff that may have grounds to take to grievance.
There is no clear strategy in place, objectives are a farce!! Obsessed with reporting and make knee jerk reactions based on assumptions.
Absolutely no care for the front line staff at all the culture is toxic and poisonous!
ProsSome of the people!

Very Good
A fast paced and productive place to work, moves very quickly and therefore can be demanding at time however teams are large enough to cope with it. Enjoyed my time here a great deal!

Productive and good working environment
Strong career prospect, exciting and fast paced work environment. Everyday comes with a new event. Selling broadband deals are the hardest, but when you get a blast on it, it’s easy money all the way. I usually strive to get a triple. That’s selling a phone contract with geek squad insurance, a set of accessories to go and a broad band deal. If a customer consultant can sell 5 of these kind of deals every week, you are guaranteed of a good commission pay at the end of the month.
The work environment is totally sales driven, product knowledge and a student mentality is strongly recommended.
ProsFlexible hours
ConsLow salary base structure
2.0
fun staff
fun staff to work with unorganized management at times which are a bit too reliant on the sales consultants at times which allows the pressure to mount.

Very Target Driven
Colleagues are friendly, and mostly helpful if or when help is needed. Management are happy when services are sold, but if you don't hit target, you'll be threatened with disciplinary. And yes, you are targeted on repairs, because they think they can predict how many laptops will break. And don't be surprised to hear customers lied to just for Knowhow colleagues to hit target. Managers get very angry if even the smallest thing goes wrong. Nobody seems to know how procedures work, you're almost guaranteed to be passed to HR. And worst of all, don't think managers will get involved with any issues, they'll leave you to take flack from customers unless their manager tells them to deal with it, because managers think they're too important.
ProsFriendly Environment
ConsLong hours, low pay.

Imparting Technical knowledge and fun place to interact with types of customers.
Working with Dixons was a great experience. The Day used to start with interacting with types of business customers and providing them best services on their purchase. I have learnt how to interact with the customers and how to provide them technical knowledge and support about the electronic goods and services. I have had the best management which supported me through the professional thick and thins. They believed in me and my caliber and given me the opportunity to prove myself at every step. My co-workers were the great support as well as without them it was not possible to achieve the targets. It was a teamwork basically. The hardest part of the job was to deal with unsatisfied customers, to calm them down and to provide best solution for the problem as sometimes they were not interested in listening anything. The most enjoyable part was the training part which helped us dealing with customers, learning the technical skills and providing the best after sale services.
ProsQuick promotion, you get paid for your hard work
ConsWorking on weekends and bank holidays

Good and fun compny to work for
- I worked in my previews company 10 years in different departments and different rolls.
- A typical day consisted of updating tills and printers in various stores including airports in the U.K. Dealing with the refit of a new store. I learned that I am conscientious and like to finish a task. Management valued the high standard of my work and I was often requested to oversee a particular project. I enjoyed working with my colleagues.

Terrible management structure
Horrible work life balance, guilt tripled if you couldn’t work short notice.
Made to do tasks/jobs not in any job description
Would generally avoid unless you’re happy with being made to lie to customers.

hard work for your money
teams were good management are the normal push you till you break. Good opportunity to advance your career. Not for the week hearted or 50+ age band in my opinion
Prosgood overtime opportunities
ConsLong hours and heavy work load

Stressful with no support
Working in this company is stressful as there is no support from management on the floor. Training does not suffice either so extra support is needed. Very little opportunity to progress. Not a great work life balance and difficult to get time off when needed. Management change rotas on short notice and don't say anything.

Treated well (for a contractor)
I was treated well (for a contractor). Pay was decent, and I was integrated into regular team activities. Naturally, the contractors are the first to go when redundancies are announced, but that's part of the risk!

Fun Place to work
Great team, opportunity for a lot of commission. Competitive environment which pushes people to perform and do well. A lot of changes happening within the company though, so regular training is a requirement which can be tedious.
