Great place to work that's stable with room for growth opportunities
I love working for DD now known as NTT. In my opinion workers are supported. The pay is good and there are plenty of growth opportunities. Everyone is very helpful and always willing to lend a hand or answer your questions. Senior leadership prioritizes the employees as well as the overall business which is rare with most companies. This is probably the best company I've ever worked for in many aspects.

Local and counterpart teams in dimension data worked well together and answered questions and supported one another concerning proprietary software in differnet regions.

Large Productive and Fast Paced Environment
Large company with a global reach. Lots of technology innovations, to be carried over to managed services offered to there customer base. Because the company is so large, learning and navigating the organization can be difficult. Because the client base is so diverse, its drive the technology changes the delivers to its customer base. I get to work with people around the global, which is very exciting.

Working at client site is ok but there is no support from employer end , no compensation , there is no appraisal system , no matter how hard you work or how much you appreciated by client.

Solid Team Culture
Great place to work although office politics are at times unbearable. Management adopt a hands-off approach, tending to leave employees to fight it out amoung themsleves for who is the winner. Key staff get frustrated and leave instead of pulling together as a team

Great, productive and large company
Working for Dimension Data, now NTT Ltd was an eye-opener. The company's large scale was new and a great challenge.
The global company has good goals and helps solve some of worlds problems.
The teams and groups are generally good hearted people with their goals clear and though-out.
