I love what I do.
I love what I do but I am doing the job of multiple people in different types of work. I am doing tasks in areas that are above my pay grade and not being professionally compensated for it. There is no advancement in my job and area for me to move up and provide a better life for my family.

Great place to work if you love to travel
It's a cool place to work. If you don't mind traveling a lot and being away from home for long periods of time this job is perfect .its truly a family environment .

Great olace to work, but requires a lot of time away from home
Work involves interacting with local and state officials in order to provide assistance for recovery from disasters. High level of understanding of federal government procedures is necessary. Skills required in inspection of roads, bridges, utilities, structures and parks. Management of crews from 4 to 20 people.

This was the best job that I’ve had. They kept you equipped with the latest training. Because they are family oriented, going to doctor visits was’t an issue

My tenue there was very rewarding and challenging. Thankful for the experience. The employees were very good at that jobs abd need minimum supervision. I made sure that their positions reflected their strengths and build on their weaknesses.
