Great pay and benefits
I worked at DENSO for over 29 years. I enjoyed the group I worked with very much and it was hard to leave. I retired early and moved. The culture is good for the area and I do see women finally having more of an opportunity to advance.

Great benefits, friendly team members, but you will be terminated if you do not work to the best of your ability.
I was one month shy of ten years when they let me go due to my being short by 4 FMLA hours while dealing with a serious illness. Up until then I loved my job and took pride in doing it well. However there was a high school type environment with people constantly sniping and tattling on each other. A lot of pettiness.
But benefits and pay are outstanding, and the HR team is on the spot.

Denso is a great work environment. The company cares not only about the quality of its product, but about their associates and employees as well. There is plenty of room for advancement which is always encouraged. They support growth, change, and new ideas from all employees.

Job Description
Very productive day consists of supporting Executives to maintain their daily schedule and resolve conflicts. Travel for the company, expense reports, arrange meetings, special events or guests that may be visiting. Many daily administrative duties.

Receptionist
I was contracted to be the switchboard operator and receptionist. I enjoyed my job and working with diverse cultures and meeting many wonderful customers on a daily basis. Very professional work environment.

It is an excellent work environment to develop next-level leaders. Work life balance can be a challenge at times, but time management skills can help compensate.

Leave it last option
Do not recommend it, there is a lot of personal rotation; i left my job for work in there, but they did not give me the plant, the assistant manager did not care to train me, they expect that the employ knows everything without training, it is a good company but the assistant manager are not competent, they do not care about the situation of the employers, they just fire the people without any consent.

My issue is I am a temp and there is no hope of being hired, not because of the quality of my work but my position will be ending and there is still not firm end date
