Delta T Group can be a little more caring to workers. Notice they have good workers and appreciate them. There's no room for growth at delta t group. Productive
Great place to work. You can pick your own hours, and decline whatever you do not want to work. Staff is very informative. Just be careful with taxes, they do not take them out for you.

Not a great place to work at for the long haul
I worked as a paraprofessional with Delta-T for an extended period of time before I moved on to a permanent teaching position.
I did get steady work and my placement coordinator was very accessible and accommodating whenever I needed assistance.
Unfortunately, this is a company that is not going to help you find a secured position. And the pay is so below average, I wonder how anyone can continue to do this type of employment arrangement for a long period of time. It hurts even worst when I have to pay the taxes owed on my earnings. I really think Delta-T needs to, at least, collect the taxes out the paycheck rather than having employers feel the bite when it comes to paying taxes in April.

Walk away
Went in for an Interview for HR Coordinator position and was told I have too much energy for this position. They offered me Staffing Coordinator Assistant. I accepted the offer. Training was 3 months long. 6 weeks into training they tried to push me into a position that I did not want and then HR said that “Staffing Coordinator Assistant” is not a job here. Great Company!
I really love working for Delta T Group. The recruiters are very hands-on. They are able to find you great assignments. If you have any issues, please report them to your recruiter immediately and the issue will be handled in a timely and prompt manner, that has always been my experience while working with this company. Delta T keep me employed during the entire pandemic!

The company was very good about keeping me busy and on an assignment. Most of the work is seasonal with the school district. Once I began working at the schools, there wasn't much opportunity open for me to work in the psychiatric units which I preferred because I enjoyed the professionalism that was related to mental health care which is my BS/MS major.

Great Culture
Amazing manager and culture. Great work/life balance. Goals were easily identified and communicated.
Only issue was the system used had a lot of challenges. Everything else is amazing.
