Trusting with continous opportunities to learn
Environment that was very inclusive but allowed you the opportunity to direct your work without being micro managed. The work was rewarding because you represented the company to customers knowing you where providing the best product and best services.

Great job if you're in a clique
When I started this job I could not be happier. It was great! My managers wanted me to succeed. I felt appreciated. Unfortunately I had to take some time off to take care of my wife who was sick, and the manager I had then got me fired even after I asked for FMLA. If you can stay away from this one female manager you will be fine. The pay was very good, and the job was really fun.

The good organizational management
I like the mission and details about each workday and deadline. It was easy to show what you can do and get management to be able to move you where you can excel. Also being a Specialist is the best position to have on the floor because you are trained in all areas.

I had one bad manager who robed me of my due bonus, one time.
Other than this one instance, my employment with 10 years of employment was perfect. I had one Manager that denied me of my full quarterly bonus payment, because I said that I did not originally understand the requirements, even though I had already met the expectations.

Nothing worth noting
Nothing worth noting. Not very good communication to middle or lower-level team members. Everyone just does what they are told to do - questions are not welcome or they are just ignored.

Balanced workplace
There is emphasis on continuing education and keeping talent inside the company once it is found. My co-workers were all very good people and a pleasure to work with.

I have always enjoyed working at Del. The environment is conducive to grow and learn. The company pays fairly for the industry. My managers throughout the years have been great.

Pay Compensation was very good
Working for Dell overall was a great experience. The pay was really good for whatever position you worked in. Sales and Management at times were really disconnected from reality with their Customers.

Experience with dell
I was working great with company all sudden i went through an accident and i taken 15 days leaves hence in thos days i expected to get support from my teams all i got it my agreement ended all sudden an am still not satisfied with that step from my team .Also about the company is too good and well succeed it will give well experience to develop the carrier and future growth and also never loose the dell opportunity.

Great Place to Work
Had a 6 month contract in Dell. Fantastic experience, really helpful staff, great internal resources. My only complaint was that the contract wasn't extend.
