Florence KY has the worst management
They don't hire Temps when they say they are going to. All they do is get their use out of them and get rid of them. Worst management I have ever had to work for. No clue what was going on at all.

Favoritism among leadership. Scapegoat common. Fired for nothing with no recourse.
Leadership was unprofessional. They would sexually harass younger women via verbal and physical actions. They fire good employees due to false and unproven claims. Management's word overrules all. Employees get fired for nothing, often for using the machines how the manufacturer instructs.

stressful and lack of team work
they are cute throat, nasty people.
they don't appreciate your effort and they lie to you in regards to hiring you permanent. they fill out papers and then they have you work 8 month 12 months and lie about the process.

Logistics and transporting, decent place to work, benefits are good, (depending on posion) good pay. A variaty of positions available.
I worked for 9 month it was a good run, started optimisticly. Overtime realized the work demand and hours weren't well met with the pay grade. Eventually i was let go for attendance issues. 8 tardes with in 9 months. Compact shifts are available 12hr shifts 3 to 4 times per week. 3 to 4 days off! Paid weekly. Some nice and attractive people.one hour lunch breaks. SAFETY! Is a way of life in SCHENKER. Raises are based on a variety factors, work performance being one of them. Overall it's a decent place.

Managment doesnt know how to treat their employees fair
Workplace culture is just clicks like you are in high school, i learned how to use their century old computer system. Get your KPI's done and billing and pace yourself so you arent having a nervous breakdown at month end
Prosoffice was nice, direct supervisor is awesome
ConsFor someone that has a 4 year degree I should be better compensated

Pressured and stressing
Need improvement on managing people. Workload should be balance between 1st and 2nd shift. Expired/ damaged merchandise are everywhere. Not properly disposed or stocked in one place. Aisle 6 racks is the dumping ground for damaged items

High volume, high stress work flow, but very exciting industry to work in.
I learned a lot about importing and exporting goods working at DBS, and though there can be many days that I am mentally drained there is always something new and exciting that I learn everyday in this industry.

Doesn't guarantee u a permanent position. It's good for extra cash but don't get your hopes high bout staying there permanently. Not everyone who smiles at you is your friend..lol

Bonne conditions de travail au sein du service logistique
Ambiance correct du fait d'être au sein d'une équipe de petite taille (10 personnes environ, possibilités de ce former (Caces 1-3-5,formation matières dangereuses et gestes et postures).
Pour ma part travail varié du à ma polyvalence (remplacement de certain collègues durant leur congés, où pour d'autres raisons.
Contacts avec certain client (téléphone ou physique).
Pros13ème mois, mutuelle, CE (chèques vacances et autres)
ConsHeures supplémentaires non rémunérer, ambiance entre services du fait de quelques personnes seulement.
